Instructions
Cooling in the freezer: Place in freezer for at least 4 hours and use with soft cover afterwards. Heating in the microwave: Place one pack inside microwave lying flat for time indicated. Heat each pad separately. Do not heat the soft covers. Test pack temperature prior to application and place the pack into the soft cover. Use without pump: Cool or heat as directed and place within the soft cover on the breast. The nipple is located at the central notch. To hold them in place, packs can be placed in bra. Use with pump: Heat as directed and put the pack within the soft cover around the breast pump’s cushion. Lock the soft cover’s ends with the press button. The pack stays around the cushion during pumping. Test pack temperature prior to every application. Do not use longer than 20 minutes in a single session.
